The Challenge
Duck Construction already had a website, but its presentation needed to reflect the company’s growth. With over 400 completed projects and more than 200 repeat customers, the team had substantial construction industry experience to showcase. The website design challenge was to present that expertise clearly, build trust with visitors, and help prospective clients understand the business behind the work.
Client Goals
Maxim and Lena wanted a professional construction website that could showcase their work and support inquiries about their services. Our website design focused on giving the target audience a clear understanding of the company. Consistent branding, visible experience, and a direct contact option were intended to build trust and help prospective clients connect with the team.
Website Design Built Around the Brand
We designed a custom logo featuring a yellow duck mascot in a blue work shirt and hard hat, paired with bold orange typography. This gave the construction website a recognizable identity rooted in the company name.
Orange buttons and highlight banners draw attention to calls to action. Deep navy anchors the contact section and footer, while white backgrounds and readable sans-serif typography keep the layout open.
The homepage combines images of finished homes with architectural blueprint details. A “Meet the Owner” section introduces Maxim, giving visitors a face to associate with the company. An orange values banner highlights customer focus and transparency, while prominently displayed experience and project totals help establish credibility.
The design supports the goal of building confidence by pairing work examples with information about the people behind them. This gives the target audience concrete details to consider when assessing the company’s credibility.

Our Web Design Process
The web design process began with a one-hour strategy meeting to define the scope. Our team used that discussion to prepare a customized estimate through QuickBooks. After approval, we built the site on WordPress using the Elementor page builder.
We created individual project pages instead of placing all past work in one gallery. This structure lets visitors explore specific examples of completed work when evaluating the company’s construction services.
The contact page pairs a navy information panel with a white quote form. For users ready to discuss construction services, the form provides a clear next step: request a quote. Our team integrated Elementor forms and Google reCAPTCHA to collect inquiries and help reduce spam submissions.
The Result: Website Presentation and Search Visibility
The existing website was replaced with a WordPress build featuring custom branding, dedicated project pages, and a structured contact layout.
Foundational meta titles and descriptions were included. The project did not include an active SEO campaign, backlink campaign, or schema markup implementation.
Search data provides one view of the website’s performance: 14,385 impressions and 404 organic clicks. Within the reported non-branded query segment, the construction website recorded 4,694 impressions and 43 clicks across 673 queries, showing visibility beyond searches containing the company name.
These figures reflect search impressions and clicks, rather than confirmed inquiries or revenue. The reporting period was not provided.
