Position Type
Remote (work from anywhere)
Preferred availability aligned with the Kyiv time zone (GMT+3)
Part-time to full-time availability: 20–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and site structure
Run technical SEO audits and implement solutions (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors)
Manage SEO plugins and tools, primarily on WordPress websites
Build and manage backlinks using white-hat techniques
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
Generate monthly performance reports with clear action items
Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes
Requirements
Strong experience with WordPress and SEO plugins like RankMath or Yoast
Proficiency in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar
Understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data (schema), and page speed optimization
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
Clear communication and a proactive work attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus):
Proven track record of SEO results or case studies
Experience working with international websites and multilingual SEO
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data tracking
Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO
