We focus on helping contractors, service providers, and small business owners build strong online visibility and generate more leads through effective web design and SEO strategies.
We’re looking for a Senior Link Builder to join our team and lead high-quality outreach campaigns that strengthen our clients’ online authority and boost their local rankings.
Position Type
Remote (work from anywhere)
Preferred availability aligned with the Kyiv time zone (GMT+3)
Part-time to full-time availability: 20–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute white-hat link building strategies focused on improving local SEO for small businesses in the U.S.
Prospect and qualify relevant, niche-specific, and high-authority websites for link placement.
Conduct outreach campaigns via email and other platforms to secure backlinks (guest posts, mentions, resource links, niche edits, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters, editors, and partners.
Coordinate with our SEO expert to align link building strategy with content and keyword goals.
Track, analyze, and report on backlinks, anchor text, and overall campaign performance.
Ensure all backlinks follow Google’s quality guidelines — no spammy links or black-hat methods.
Stay up to date with the latest link building and SEO trends, especially for local SEO.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in link building / outreach (preferably in an agency setting).
Strong understanding of white-hat SEO practices and local SEO factors.
Excellent written and spoken English — ability to write clear, professional outreach emails.
Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, or similar.
Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently and remotely in Kyiv time zone.
Preferred Qualifications (Huge Plus):
Previous experience working with U.S.-based local businesses.
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles and local citation building.
Basic knowledge of content marketing and SEO reporting.
